Lovely place to work. I work in a small e discovery/data science team of 4-5 people. People in this team are really nice,very cooperative and helping,manager of this team is really cool. Leadership in this office is very open minded toward new ideas and support a lot if you are trying to do something new. Overall nice place to work.

Dislikes

Salary is low when compared to other software development companies.Sometime resources has to work for more than one team which makes it difficult to focus on one task.

1) Wide range of leaning and up-skilling tools are provided. 2) Exciting project assignments

Dislikes

1) Absence of work life balance 2) Lower pay-scale 3) Too much clerical and monotonous work involved at associate level

There was only one good thing about company that they used to provide increment and bonus even on prorata basis for those who just joined the organisation

Dislikes

There is no work life balance,Misguide us that they are giving 9 hrs works but in reality it is 13 to 14 hrs and sometimes 15 to 16 on majority of time and in gt and e we just you to charge 9 or 10 hrs ,If the work is not complen ted they use to complain even if escalation then they use to complain and scold,There were multiple issues even one of my collegue and my last counsellar use to misbehave ,Most of the time they use to target me only even if i have not commited mistake ,I have fallen sick most of the times due to this even my father who was not well i was not able to look after him,When pandemic started they started taking advantage and introduce so called productivity and started marking time on each case that it should be completed at this time only,Most of the time i am working till either 3 or 4 am at night,My shift timing was 10 to 7:30 due to late night night working i use to login at 11 am because i need rest for some hrs since i am working late,When i login late at 11 am then they have issue and working late at night then they again have issue they themselves are misguiding and tell us that every target should be met and neither they are paying us well ,I am working most of the time for 15 or 16 hrs ,Just giving free charity to them on daily basis just getting paid for 9 hrs,I used to get 30 k per month,Ruinning my health and did not got any appreciation as well and most of the time i am being targeted,That is why i tooked so many leaves as well ,If there was a work life balance i would not have logged in at 11 am,neither would not have taken many leaves and most probably i would not have left organisation as well,I was not able to take proper care of myself nor my father,I had issues with one of the senior and my last counsellar as well,The name of senior is vaishali gupta and counsellar name is Gaurav Misra,Vaishali use to misbehave with me every single day and my counsellar he to use to scold sometimes and write mails ,My experience was horrible

Dislikes

Good Pay and Brand is not worth the toxic culture, toxic colleagues, Toxic leadership They encourage working 16-17 hrs and pulling all nighters. My experience is for EY India and not EY GDS

Learning & Development is great but often times overlooked due to work load.

Dislikes

...managers No work-life balance (Basically you're expected to be available 24x7) Poor bonus policy, all in the hand of Partners and Directors who take all the pie for themselves Unrealistic deadlines and pressure to deliver Wouldn't advice this as a first job to anyone
