I honestly didn't like anything about Eduvantage Learning India Pvt. Ltd (Elevate K-12).

Dislikes

The Sudden layoff with short notice, no severance or proper notice pay, and being forced to sign a separation document just to get final salary was frustrating. There was no support in finding new job and no help with the layoff. The experience felt unacceptable and unprofessional.

...tivated. Ultimatum to give device in 3 days and signing of separation agreement. They forced me to sign this to get the Salary. No adequate Severance I should have at least for few months of survival as per practice they paid a 23 day pay with Spot layoff. what a show Pathetic leaders & bottom line is kicked out. Profitable to CEO and MD director. I was told a recruitment support my foot. i still await. MD will do anything that director would ask to do with a bias.

All of them can only save their drinking buddies or gossipers. CS Manager becomes senior manager with no competence apart from food ordering, drink selections, outings, cloth selection, affairs stories etc. Senior manager takes up position of Director and then to Senior Director showing care to low budget/cost cutting laying off people and changing the process to suit self. Customer Service teams had least of impact keeping most inefficient team members .you are safe if you belong to this group or ex team member, miya bhai and happy birthday Anniversary celebrating friend. Even they did not allow me to share my own resume.

Stay away from this dumpster. Fake reviews all over by employees forced by MD and learning team. Get awards self-proclaiming efficiency. I am surprised to see how inefficient MD/CEO/Director/Managers are. CEO does not know what he needs. He would promote his friends' startups Nearpod or move own circles to high positions and then let them vanish. They come claim the higher budgets impact the rest of team.

Deceptive words from managers, HR, Directors and Managing Director with Zero genuine followthrough.

Dislikes

Abrupt Layoffs without notice. Disregard for legal Compliance. Arrogant leadership, abysmal communication standards.
