The overall company policies are good. Pay is great. There are a lot of benefits provided over and above ctc.

Your experience in Deloitte highly depends upon your vertical. Internal Audit vertical mainly consists of SOX testing projects. It is a career dead end to join this company and work on SOX testing. There are budgeting constrains and yet they make you work overtime on a regular basis. There is too much politics and seniors will issue PIP against you if you try to change your project. Overall, it is a good company but do not join its Internal Audit vertical. Even if you do, do not take up any SOX testing engagement.

The team is so good and the Managers too. We have a very good work culture in the sense how the seniors support when you are just starting.

...ance is not there 2. Have to work 60 hrs a week some times it can go up too. 3. The pay and benefits are way less than the industry standards.

Lot of perks and money. Appraisal process was transparent. Lot of travel if your job profile includes it

... preach work like balance and mental well being but it is actually non existent. They will pay for therapy but not actually reduce your workload

**Politics exists in hikes and promotions - I guess this will continue to stay in every corporate. **No support from seniors and managers for internal transfers.
