GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

...ell anything about the policies before. Very bad work life balance. No benefits. Less salary. No hikes. You can't even pay your rent with that much less salary. They offer Below Poverty Line salary. They don't pay you the salary of the last month of notice period and ask you to buy out the notice period. When questioned about the F&F they say "That is the company policy." They don't even send you the F&F statement and salary slip of last month of working. Don't work here. The HR won't even help you. They don't even encash the remaining leaves. FRAUD and SCAM company!

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Average work life balance sometimes. 4. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 5. HRs respond quickly to queries and have initiated good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.
