Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value individuals strength, due to this most of the times i have to take back the suggestions. I have received appreciation emails from Customers, but they will go unnoticed during mid year & annual appraisals.There is lot of biasing from managers for their favored peoples.

Process oriented, system driven, ontime salary, work-life balance is good, globally good name in electronic devices manufacturing unit.

Dislikes

Job security, less benefits, no bonus or festival gifts, poor canteen facility (in plant), limited promotions, no family day, limited rewards and recognitions,self motivation

Excellent Job security if you are good at your work. Decent Work life balance. Good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.

1. No respect 2. No equality 3. Long working hours & less efficiency 4. Below margin pay & hike structure 5. Somtimes, have to support during weekends (and during personal leave as well)

The core values of company is Trust, For one another, Freedom to act which is reflected aptly in the business environment at Continental. However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.

Dislikes

...ions by top management and indifferent attitude towards feedback from employees. No salary benchmarking in recent times.
