    Aricent has good clients like cisco.Most of the project in cisco ODC are controlled by cisco managers.Altran managers only there to approve timesheets and giving rating according to there wish at end of every year.An engineer in cisco odc gets lots of resource to study and upgrade there knowledge.

    compensation is not satisfactory here.Here people gain knowledge and leave immediately.Rating is not given in correct manner,it is always biased.Altran manager prefer only to give good ratings which they are controlling directly, while enginners in cisco controlled project not getting good rating by altran managers.eventually people leave company due to this attitude.Also when people resign from here , they are given option of counter offer like L1 USA visa.by giving this kind of counter offer they want people to take back resignation.

    compensation is low , work pressure is high. out of 5 Managers in 5 different projects, 4 of them do not value , back their employees, always expected late stays and not very flexible in terms of leaves,not enough appreciations from them,high favoritism in team . Seniors not open to juniors to explain every thing. they create their dependencies
