Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India.
