...ives laptop during onboarding time to your manager all are Telugu speaking. 3. If your salary expectations are high they will not call you for interview. 4. Stupid referral program - Telegu speaking folks hire telugu speaking people and they support each other. Put telegu on your resume you are sure of getting Interview and on-site opportunities. 5. Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.
