Few Team leaders were unqualified.. Or undergraduate.. And senseles and lazy while am working... There behaviour with CSA's were very worst and rude.. The recruitment of Team leaders and quality executives were gone more pathetic....!..the HR/Recruiters were only concentrated on hiring best workforce in the form of CSA.. But Team leader and quality executives recruited by few political enflueces/recommendations and that workforce was gone pathetic and mostly that workforce or manpower was unqualified...!

... place, Even HR's dont care to your issues. They just need 100 percent from you. In return they dont give a $HIT , Salary is too bad . Managers and Sme's on the floor are not helpful. They dont give a $hit about your health, if you need leave you have to stoop so low to them, Bad environment to work no professionalism. THAT PRASHANT, Assistant manager training. Think himself as if He is a God . Even you need to go to washroom you have to ask him as if it is a School or something. I cannot say about the other branches of this organisation. But here in ranchi their is no professional environment of Concentrix. If you want to be a Slave you can definitely join this place. Even the people work on construction site will earn more than you .

Zero work life balance Managers are not cooperating. They will get on your nerves just to take out sales from you. Favouritism at its peak. You'll have to be a suck up to get promotions.
