There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.
They made us work extra hours without pay for overtime in the DPD process and the mentor Saquib was a Muslim guy so he gave preference to Muslims, and most of the employees in CapitaO2 process are Muslims
...too they were it will get after three months and atleast they told no appraisal.
Salary is very less as per industry they give more to new joiner rather than old employee.
Promotion are all fixed for employees who are close to manager or upper management.
No festival rewards/gifts from company but they ask employee for CSR activities fund raise.
Luckily I got a young team.. And everyone was really good in the team. Nothing else.
Dislikes
...a band system if you band gets changed then only you will get monetary benefits.
People are working at same salary since last two years. So attrition rate is too high.
