People here with average work have no fear of loosing jobs. It's for the good and high achieving employees who will not be satisfied with the mediocrity and unrewarding workplace. But yes I never felt I will lose my job here.

...h. These days CG is careless and can throw out anyone giving compliance reasons. No salary hikes even if you have worked so hard.

...tiple learning and certifications programs which will help you grow in industry. But the salary hike is worst.

...cific employees. If you are manager's favourite then no policies are applicable. Worst salary hike. Work satisfaction depends upon client.

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

...e on paper only. No monitor on middle level management and listen only one side. If they don't like you, you don't have growth on your career, salary, promotion and end of the year wasting your efforts and time. Clients are happy but employees below middle level management are very sad.
