Overall it is okay company to work. Work life balance is okay. Not strict work from office as if now but going forward , it is going to mandatory three days in a week work from office

No hike even after working for 2 years in project.

Interview Process: Highly unprofessional company. Initially i told about the compensation i am looking for and they said fine. Later after giving 2-3 rounds of interview, they provided with way lower compensation offer and mentioned that's their budget. If you cant afford then please don't waste candidate time, for most people time matters.

Since no increment for years and hardly any long term projects, there are lots of ambling around most part of the year. Its more like a public service.

salary= no hike appraisal= none ratings/reviews= its an annual drama. NO communication no interaction with managers. complete autocracy by managers.

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.
