CG is definitely good organisation to work provided you have better pay. We have good opportunities with regards to career, but if working for one project our entire time efforts are spent on that account

Poor management! Assigning task without KRA Everyday a new KRA is set

Good Team, Less Politics within team, open to provide higher level responsibilities.

Salary appraisal are extremely poor, they wait employee to get offer outside, no benefits outside salary, no transportation provided

Company promises you many things like career growth, compensation etc. in the inital days. But at the time of appraisals you get very less ratings. It has happened to 80-90% of the employees in Capgemini. After the iGate acquisition Capgemini fade away its principles and goals. Company is not keeping its promises hence employees are unhappy and not wiling to stay. It will be tough for the company to sustain in upcoming days.

Dislikes

Burden of work, Shift timings, Compensations, HR Policies etc. Everything is disappointing.

Great learning curve, and admirable working culture. The people you work with are nice and very helpful (there might be exceptions, but I am telling from my 4 yrs experience with the Company)

...ificates, the monetary rewards are very low. Same is true for performance bonus. Also there is no variable pay till you reach a certain level.
