Work life balance, for people on bench can stay for long without working as long as your manager don't care.

Dislikes

Not at all employee friendly, management do not bother about existing employees about pay revision - forget about market std at least try to normalize within the org. Do not bother to retain existing employees by offering at least 20 or 30pc hike rather ready to hire external resource with 100pc increment who will turn out to be fake during checks. Higher management only bothers about increase in HC and decreasing the cost nothing else matters.

Dislikes

Well I won’t talk about Compensation since most people will. The work culture just deteriorated drastically. The attrition is sky high. Too many changes in Leadership and every time a new GOL comes in they keep asking for hell lot of data. Any company who uses bell curve and claims to be ethical is a sham! Ratings are manupulated, I gave a lady 3 rating but they changed it 2 in the name of diversity whereas a deserving candidate took the fall for that.

Not good work culture and poor policies. If you want to grow quit and join good organisation.

Salary is poor and poor flexible benfit plan. For every promotion/awards etc they kept panel evaluation , just for name sake and give for the people they like ( eye washing )

Capgemini is a very renouned company with high ethical standard and takes care of its employees by doing a monthly survey where employees can give their honest feedback. I joined as a fresher and having a 2 years of agreement, so if I would like to talk about job security then I would say it's completely secure. Every month you get oppurtunities to develop and grow yourself by doing courses(both technical & non-technical). Very Good work environment and culture. I am in a DevOps project and my manager and teammates are very supportive and the management is also very transparent. Company policies are good and appraisals depend on your yearly performance.

...ity only for the employee if they are unmarried, doesn't includes their parents. You can cover medical facility of your parents but you need to pay a required amount from your own salary.
