9.30hours , no leaves for Indian holiday's, bad work culture, micro monitoring tool installed on laptops to ensure what we are doing on daily routines , no appraisal , no hikes/no bonus, No benefits to employee even working on complete nyt shifts. Capgemini is not following Indian culture

Its always the manager whom you work with, that determines your professional satisfaction. Only in this company, my managers gave me the opportunity, whenever I asked.However i would also put it, that i joined the organization with the right set of expectations, from my end.

The compensation mismatch. My compensation is much less than even market standards.

Capgemini University or eLearning is good Initiative. Global presence, global leaders are real inspiration.

Dislikes

...fied/professional Employee is forced to sit on bench before being thrown out, PIP is used as a cheap trick to cut Variable pay for employees all time.

Likes

It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Salary, Annual Appraisal's, Promotions are not up to the mark.
