There is nothing to like in Capgemini - do not join financial service especially banking and capital market. There was one department I worked with - only people from syntel was working there. The culture was so low. They didn't even know how to talk on the calls. Couldn't understand technology at all.

Dislikes

What is there to like. There is so much favouritism. No hike. Less salaries. Most of senior management ( senior director, VP) are not even capable of understanding basic technology. Only enjoying salaries.

People here with average work have no fear of loosing jobs. It's for the good and high achieving employees who will not be satisfied with the mediocrity and unrewarding workplace. But yes I never felt I will lose my job here.
