I like the environment and floor decorum of bpo office.

Dislikes

I dislike the the way HR team and Manager not bother about agents security, no increment in salary, no proper response from HR team on pay slips and after reliving no relieving letter were given after resign acceptence, delay in FNF amount and Experience letter which was a worst experience.

They not pay salary properly we go and ask they will say to resign and also if he resign in the company they will torture and we have to take immediately on the resignation and they won't give the f&f they will apply like appscon

This company is good for freshers, no work pressure, you can learn so many things in this company. Job security is also good. Both voice and non voice process is there. Good work environment and Team mates also supportive. I have already completed 1 1/2yr in this company.

Salary is little bit low, and they did not give any insensitive.

The entire system seems to operate on favoritism, where those who indulge in flattery get ahead, while hardworking individuals receive no guidance, only pressure and mistreatment. Even in cases of serious illness—whether personal or within their family—there is no compassion or support from the management. Also there should be a feedback call policy from bottom to higher management.

Worst company ever seen, senior always treat you like a animal, salary to less, never increment only work pressure increases, office environment is very pathetic, they gives the salary 7700 for all executive freshers and experienced doesn't matter for them
