Company culture is really good.

Compensation is basic and growth is very slow. The work pressure is extremely high. Managers do not value individuals. There is no appreciation for doing good. In fact managers have threatening culture in Mattsenkumar.

The salary is always on time - last working day of the month. Rest everything is uncertain.

Dislikes

You always have to extend your shift otherwise you aren't doing your job. Only few top management people work here and rest all are good for nothing.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.
