I have been working in CNX from 2013 June, not 1 day I felt I'm away from family. Rich in culture, transperant, friendly management. From Dpe till senior management easily approachable. Havent seen any leadership team like CNX. Power-packed. Their salary slabs. But it's not dislike they can improvise keeping the turn over in mind. One if the best company.

The Only Positive: The communication trainer was genuinely supportive and professional. Probably the only bright spot in this experience. Final Thoughts: This is my humble and honest request do not join this organization if you value professionalism, fairness, and career growth. There are better opportunities out there.

I am on notice period in this company.. Working at concentrix I would like to tell work balance is amazing and staff is all good to support u at every situation quality session and trainings will be provided every there will be small brefieng. Usually u will love to work in this company.

1.Concentrix has less work pressure. 2. Concentrix provides salary on time 3 Good for female employees.

1.concentrix is a feminist company.It has very strict polices for women related complaints, it gives termination for any case.Even for stupid cases. 2. Concentrix has 9.5 hours which equals to 10 hours extra work in a month. 3. In Concentrix everyone shares their password on floor but if someone gets spotted by manager than direct termination or resignation even the employee has loats of years of experience in same company like ex.13 years.But still got removed from the company no matter what Designation he has. 4. It has very low growth opportunities.If you want promotion then only IJP is the option.
