HR Culture is very bad. The good people from HR have left the organization over the past few years and the worst-of-the-lot have been promoted to HR leadership positions. The day-to-day working experience is very poor and there is a lot of unnecessary stress due to incompetent management. Join only if you are willing to put your brains aside and ready to work like a donkey.

Which I like about Airtel that job security very good. And also company policies which are benifit for employees like medical facilities and annual bonus.

As per my opinion there is no management decision for individual as well as HR policy also no longer valid yet all decisions made by manager.

...en 2 years work experience but 0 growth level I daily perform in all activities and all big day schemes still my salary is Lower then those who never complete their targets

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

I have given interview Airtel company HR asked me Rs 50000 for this job, They are saying to work in poor salary AIRTEL HR told me company condition was very poor company can't offer my last pakage also, Amazing condition
