Nothing. Atleast my experience wasnt great. I have worked in both Delhi and Mumbai office and the culture in both places was different but not good.

Dislikes

A very backward working system still coexist in such a modern world. They are far away from what the company portrays.

Work-life balance is a myth.. Mixed opinion in the ppl in there.. Some are really good and supportive but I'm afraid if they're still working there!

I started my carrier with BSR and Associates and have worked for almost 7 years. The firm had provided me ample of opportunities, specially the people I worked with. They trusted me and provided several opportunities to grow and become a truly professional personnel.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
