There is no senior or junior in the organisation. Most of the time we'll receive support from senior.

*We need to work more than 12 hours a day. Eventhough I'm in operations I've been working more than that with minimal amount of salary. *In name of supporting to the branches we're working in place of call centre' if we avoid they'll escalate to our seniors. *Even on all weekends you'll be working more that what you can do.....&never get off for any thing emergency .....means anything serious...no leave ... Something's can't be explained by words:()

...ge work pressure 13 hours per day and getting no bank holidays and Saturday off. And no comp off or pay for holiday working. Others things good.
