Compensation is good, job is okay.

Work Life balanced needs to be prioritised, even after working hours are over still we need to wait till 7:30 - 8 just to show that we are working, and other People for the sake of working will start to work only after working hours are over i.e after 6pm this people go to their desk and will leave by 9:00 to prove that there are working and rest of people who completes their work on time and leave on time, they don't get any recognitions from the Management.

Bank in terms of salary is okay but in terms of work life balance is worse especially when it is related to trade finance. Work is heavy productivity of a person is poor it is true in heavy volumes someone cannot learn other things holidays working with no com off.more than 12 hours working HR don't corporate much

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No increment in salary can you image 4%increment on your salary and you worked like a dog while year.. seniors treat you like there servant , no respect for employees.. it’s an horrible experience, no time for your own life.
