Dislikes

Maintaining personal life outside of work is dependent on managers. Some prefer to work over weekends. Learning through hobbies and interests take a hit.

PwC is an amazing place to work. The kind of experience and learning that you get in terms of diversified clientele, client interactions, pressure management, work complexities is worth the time you seond in the organization.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a major issue and is never likely to be resolved and even the pay is below its peers atleast in our vertical.

PwC is a place that always supported my growth and PwC personnel were always willing to impart knowledge whether it was through trainings or whether on the job. There was never a single movement where people weren't willing to guide you and help you grow in your career.

Dislikes

I was with PwC for 4 years and I was a bit unhappy that the salary structure for new joinees was considerably higher than the ones who had stayed loyal to the firm. Either way PwC still remains one of the best experience and companies I've worked for

Zero work life balance and in some cases it’s less than zero. Won’t increase your salary even if you are currently payed below the market average. They won’t increase salary even for genuine reasons.
