Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.

It's huge company, salary also comes on time and it does only big infrastructure projects like High speed rail etc.

Dislikes

Being a big company and a big project, it also has some disadvantages like my work will not come in the knowledge of my project director. Whose impact my annual apparaisal. There is no Site HR sitting, so lack of basic facilities.

L&T gives salary and other benifits at the scheduled time, there will be no delay regarding this. That's really impressive 👏👏

Dislikes

The working culture is terrible if you are in construction site you will not having a healthy relationship with your loved ones ( family). 7 am to 10 pm usually you need to stay away from your home and Sunday half day (compulsory). Better to change your job before marriage or if you are in any corporate office then nothing will be better than L&T.
