Salary hike is lesser and increment are lesser plus favoritism hits when it comes to promotion

Digitally good. Mobile Banking and CDM facility is also good.

... bank because bank charges maintenance charges is too much of current account 3.Salary scale is too poor. 4.Employee just promoted but salary is equivalent to 4th Grade employee.

I get my salary on time. I gain experience how to communicate with new people with full of confident. Axis bank gave me lots of knowledge to build up a good sense of positivity.

My dislike point or can say I quit this company because, I didn't get any growth or promoted within this three years, and also there is so much of partiality which I can't insists.

The on the job training is good and also the peers were but not much avenue as the only thing which will help you grow is selling Life Insurance even if you don't know how to even count cash.

The peanut salary which they offer regardless of how good you are at work and also only insurance business will help you grow nothing else matters.
