No proper support...we had to work in covid timing full 8-10 hrs.. Before joining my salary offered was 25 becz of covid it was reduced to 12 I had to work as there was no other opening...worst experience of working with brand like axis...

Good work environment and culture .teammates are suppurtive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcadr for chilling .company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth .slow.there is a bond of two year before which you can not resign.on thejob training is not given to new joinees.

The team stuck together for a long time lifting each other up . Will pay your pf and salary timley.

...ng . Work stress and targets are a bit problematic.No proper escalation policy . Base salary is very low and no variable salary for a long time.The job is very misleading for freshers.
