Nothing. Long working hours, it is going to be a 12 hour working shift, where you've to do only sales. If you are unable to do sale CASA, LI, GI, you will be abused by your seniors and they will make you sit upto 10pm.

Dislikes

Poor salary, highly underpaid, poor management and higher authority.

Pay is decent if the rating is good.Hybrid working Automation is good in AML. Good co workers

Dislikes

Manager/unit head behaviour is not good. Leaves/public holiday existing only on paper. V poor work life balance

Axis has strong foundation offering with best in class work life balance environment, shows care toward employees and transparent working culture.

Dislikes

Axis pay structure is not standard, lots of variation in same grade, no financial incentives or perquisite. Even technology wise we need upgradation, middle management to be empowered to take decision.
