We get lack of training about ok operational things, then there is less volume of salary hikes, pressure to do business and too much work load , i was unable to do work life balance

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure doesn't make any sense but have to continuously take calls of the customer wether its for requimemts, service,query its a mixture . It sometimes becomes very difficult to catch another call before solutions of first one.

Nothing is upto the mark to like about it. Accept off on al bank holidays

Dislikes

A very taxic work culture, Rude behaviour of HR. No support and help from company when you require, unnecessary salary deduction, lesser pay.
