Manual System for Daily Routine Work due to which chances of errors are high, Very Low Salary at Ofrole grade and no bonus for them. For onrole grades upto Manager (AM,DM), Annual Performance Bonus is on the lower side at 3 rating it's 40k for AM and 55k for DM. In grade promotion hike given is around 18% which should be minimum 20-25%. Bank takes 3 appraisal cycle a grade promotion for Average performer.

Compensation is low, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Maximum time I have to work 10-13 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I am doing good sales and Operations and won many contests and client appreciations but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

I would like to share some good review about axis bank. Teammates are supportive while learning new things in job profile. Team heads are also become best back support for learning new things on job duty. While working with axis bank from last 2 years, the most amazing part for me is learning banking industry. How is it work and performe and represent their image in-front of competitive industry. Second best part of learning is operational work of banking. I personally like this most because there are lots of new things to learn each and every day while performing as a front desk representative into bank with customers. Work environment or atmosphere is also good for working.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Re-hire policy is also best for employee.

...r performance how smartly you can performed with your surroundings competitors. In term of salary and appraisal, I am not fully satisfied with them.

...s based on Bengaluru location takes the fee on 2.8 lakh.... And give the loan... After paying the fee that person automatically sticked on the bank... Then a arts torture... Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before
