I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.

Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

They misbehave their new employee they harass me lot my supervisor openly told I am make sure that you not stay here long time after so much harassment finally I leave my job in 20 days.after leaving job no hr called me to ask why I was leaving job

Nothing is upto the mark to like about it. Accept off on al bank holidays

A very taxic work culture, Rude behaviour of HR. No support and help from company when you require, unnecessary salary deduction, lesser pay.

Whoever want survive with job then only join this bank.everyday you have to die meet your targets.you loose your passency most of times behaviour with the managers. you keep some amount in your pockets if not do insurance. You must do else they force put resignation..even you out of office your mind will think what next day???? If you got married all pressure automatically divert on your family harrassing your targets. They pay cup of salary you return mountain worth business.
