The mentors I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve gotten. There’s an open door policy and I’ve never been judged on the basis of my designation but the intent I show and the knowledge that I’ve gathered. Most of the senior most leadership (including the CEO- Mr. Rath) are approachable and open to ideas, as long as you display the confidence for an idea, and the willingness to see it through, no matter what department you’re from.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals could be better and the competition is cut-throat.

Good culture, environment and work life balance. 5 days a week. Poor growth opportunities..

Dislikes

Poor growth opportunities and poor compensation and benefits. Conveyance received very less and annual appraisals are well below the inflation.

Infrastructure is excellent. Office culture is very good and colleagues are very accommodating. Good work life balance and overall job satisfaction. Excellent HR policies.

Salary and career growth is slow. Processes can be made more efficient

Salary and benefits should have been higher as,compared to work being assigned.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.T A company which always takes care of his employee needs.Working culture is excellent. I also the employee re-hire policy of Aviva. 👍

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Otherwise Aviva is the excellent company to work with.
