Salary is good but rest all things are worst compare with other companies

Worst company at all, Accenture policies are only for name sake and Management never follow any policies and few members of management thinks as the CEO of the Accenture and torture the employees. There is no work-life balance and orders to work on weekends by blackmailing about performance appraisal without OT. I recently escalated to Top Leadership about disrespectful Leaders but there is no action from Compliance and HR Team.Employee need only a good environment but not like hectic and stressful like Accenture.

Accenture is one of the great place to work and Learning a new skills i have learnt new skills in the organizaton job security is also good.

Dislikes

Especially growth in the carrier is so slow and compensation hike is too long time taken process.

Worst less salary, 10hours of shift no night shift allowance people work here forcibly under the scrutinizing skill development structure

10hours of shift and u need to extend your working hours without any additional pay

In terms of entry and exit it is easy and smooth process. Provide you courses to enhance your skills. Job security is very good.

...k life balance working for extended hours but still do not get rewards for that. No salary hikes and promotion are very delayed. They will just give false commitment and keep you on hold. Checking your patience.

Salary and bonus, Promotions, Skill development, Work life balance. Cross trainings. Client delight. PPA activities.

Dislikes

Job is not secure. If a project gets ram-down then your job is on risk. And you were expected to search for a new project or role by your own. No HR or anyone comes for any assistance or help. This should be improve and role search and secure should be handled by HR or management only.
