... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

Removing employees.this is totally bad.job security is very important.but this doesn't have in Accenture. Getting projects mostly all are in short period like 3 to 6 months.this time is not enough to understand and upgrade the skills.

I was given a great opportunity lo learn different technologies and gain experience in them. There was not much work pressure and had good team to work with. Accenture is great for employees who are fresh out of college as Accenture has decent learning platform.

...thing I disliked in Accenture was they don't care for employees who are leaving. It's been 2 months since I left and Accenture has not paid me my salary for one month and also kept my variable pay on hold. I am yet to receive 66k from Accenture(one month salary + variable pay) but they keep ignoring my mails and tickets I have created in alumni portal. Even the help line numbers the have provided do not work. I worked sincerely in Accenture for 2 and half years, I used to connect whenever there is an issue, I connect with the client in odd hours even after my shift and this is how the treat me. Even while working in Accenture the I had to wait for 8 months more than others for my first promotion only because Accenture kept on changing the appraisal policies and they told that I had missed the June appraisal cycle by few days and have to wait till November. It was not just me but all the employees who joined along with me faced the same problem.

...y in this company makes us to get experience with different people in work life. Compensation and benefits are very good here.

There will be less projects for outdated applications, so being on bench is no use.

...o get good hikes and promotions or we have to take default hikes and promotions. Salary is given at industry standards. The feedback system doesn't do any help if the manager is not happy with us even though we are delivering well. The only way we can show our capability is to get appreciation from clients.
