Hi i like my team all things there is a growth for who wants to be in bpo sector in health care field and job security is there.

Here package is less and no aprisal too and i don't like to be in bpo sector thats the main reason there is no job stasfication for me.

It's help me to improve myself & process wise. If any issues came to my process, we learn about how to handle the situations and how to fixed the issue.

Actually they are not providing Shit allowance. Last one year We are continuously working night shift but Salary is low.

Safely environment and culture.there is a huge and spacious cafeteria ,gym,and gaming arcade for chilling ..

No hike and growth level ,there is bond of 1 1/2 yrs before which you cannot resign ...management doesnot address our issues

Accenture is a platform where I learned and experienced new things which is very useful to my career growth as well as gained personal experience.Cab facilities are finominal while compared to other companies.Safety and security stands high.Work environment is too good. Politics is there but very few. Job security is taken for all levels. Teammates are very friendly and kind.

...ce where recognised within a short period but appraisal doesn't speaks the same. Salary hike is slow it takes long period of time even if am eligible.
