Loved the work culture and it’s one of the best organisations i have ever known..

It’s quite disappointed for those who all are in level 13. Its hard to switch to another level and also compensation differs. Requesting that 12 and 13 are equal and do not differentiate with compensation.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds and we work together happily in collaboration. I also like employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. Managers do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation mail from the client but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal. Also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Team is nice, no extra compensation for timings... Support project are not satisfactory no innovation to put to work longer roll off dates. Better job security for higher positions since support project will be there always other projects may end and you would be forced to leave

Depends on the team and project, lack of recognition for talent

A decent salary and they provide very good level of training to the freshers. But the task is getting into the right project, this is where everyone failed as a fresher.

No appreciation for the efforts and less compensation. As per my experience, there is no proper management for promotion and appraisal. No work-life balance while working from home. Skills are underutilized. For ASE they offer a package of 450k, the fixed is 383k and you will get 28k per month in hand after the deduction.
