Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

The company policies are bad when it comes to compensating employees. Worst salary revisions you ever see in any company. Year End ratings will be announced in March 1 st week and you will get the salary revision in December almost a year later you can say. And the revision is also very bad likely to be less than 7% every year. If you want to work here, come with a good package and do not work more than 2 years here. I have been working here from 2014 in various products and performed very well by participating in hackathons, etc. But still my package is very less compared to other people in other companies. Its my mistake i did not switch the company. Overall, Worst Worst Worst. Do not Join.

The important thing that is salary revision. Its the worst process you ever see in any company. You will have lots of work, lots of pressure on doing innovation, hackathoin's, etc. Even after doing all these things you will not get what you want in salary revision, its the same hike percentage even if you perform extraordinarily. Politics plays major role when it comes to promotion. Worst

1. Health insurance provided by company 2. Master Health Check up every years 3. Required trainings were conducted by our architect 4. Good cafeteria and other facilities 5. Good for freshers.

...ll. Management is purely helpless as they don't have any control on this. 2. No variable pay after completing one full year, if you resigned. 3. Management indirectly force you to work on weekends. 4. Once your deliverables are done , they will forget the promises given to you.

For me not giving salary hike as per my payable work for last 3 years but it depends on projects to projects and manager's not a company issue.
