The variable pay is an area to work out where 0 to 21 percent affects the pay structure. The working hours aren't defined as expected where the times to be available to support are outside the shift hours in most cases.

...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

Cab available for shift timing

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.
