...login and login if u are in the stage of comma also they will tell u to login...Low compensation and they will offer u low packages for freshers and they will create doubt on ur mind we have that much talent less with their packages. i worked 11 hours for 1.7 lakhs package..After they given WFH their torture will gone to peaks and i finally resigned bcoz of my health issues bcoz of 11 to 12 hrs work time....

Accenture Is Life time Excitement place and Good Environment and culture, I have learned so much developmental skills in that company.teammates are always supportive.cafetaria is huge and gaming arcades for chilling.it is drafting sector in based on healthcare process start From initial case review to Customisation. finally check the document and Send for audit . Then if it is any error identify by auditor then correct the particular correction and closed the transaction.

My first company good work culture,good team, friendly people, we play fun at work regularly on Fridays, team outing etc...since I joined in this company no one scolded me in my team even my manager they support me all the time colleagues encourage me. 100% job security. First preference always goes to women employees. Hi-fi company and great workplace nd atmosphere. I enjoy alot and also I miss my company so much. Those days never come back.

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
