If you perform well then you don't have to worry about Hike and bonus. You'll get good hike regularly when compared to other companies.

The work life balance is not much as expected. The work load will be high such that you yourself will work more than 9 hours.

The individual policies, salary hike and a very good office environment

Even though Accenture has very good policies and work cultures there are certain projects we should be aware of . Such projects have a bad work culture which made me rate the company's over all culture from excellent to good.

If you got a good project and good role in the project, you life will be heaven. else.... i ! i !.. No swipe in/swipe out. Work From Home on most of projects. Moderate cost Cafeteria.

Dislikes

Once you fall in a project, there is no way to get released from the project. If you ask for release from project then No Hike and No Variable Pay. Terrible experience with Support projects. No Great Hikes. No chance of Full Variable Pay.

There is a lot of scope to learn new gen skills but getting into those projects will be difficult. In my project, they do not follow timings but please check with other projects also before joining.

Dislikes

Few leads behave psychic at times (cannot blame entire company for this)and variable pay will not be paid to full level unless you get promotion.
