...mal to work . It is all depends upon the project which you have been allocated . The major problem is when you work in night shift you don't have the shift allowance and variable pay is huge amount .. which we don't get at all .

Not so great company in terms of variable pay and shift allowance .. sometimes they hire and put people in bench incase the project gets delayed

I don't think to say any good about Accenture.

.... Wrost culture recently 4years. No benefits to employee only thinking business.( No promotion, no hike , no quarterly budget, no dinner party and shocking news to give tea treat from management to employee they are thinking. Think how much wrost ).

Worst work culture, as a company it is good but some process are there Gpay has one of the worst management they do not think agents as human being. Force the agents to do WFO when there is option of WFH. Worst process to work with.

1. Opportunity for growth are available if you are a good performer. 2. Policies are available and everyone follows it strictly, either a associate or top management. No one will force you to go beyond it. 3. Transportation facilitiy is very good in it. You will get both side cab and their is hardly any issue as an employee you face in this area. 4. Infrastructure is also good. 5. Their are other things are available which is an advantage while in Accenture is cofee machine, recreational rooms where you play tt, pool, chess and other games as well to move your mindset from work.

...n, when you join the company your first year bonus will be on default rating. 7. Not good compensation as compared to other companies. 8. No hr connect. 9. They asked you to work on lot of things but when it comes to an implementation stage then it will fall and no one take an initiative onit.

In context of monetry aspects the company is very good. Salary hike, appraisal percentage all good.

Dislikes

Every time they ask for extended hours apart form shift hours and no payment for that. Overburden from work. No professionalism in management.
