There is no proper payroll system. It's better to try in other organization. Worst salary packages compared to other organization and one last thing never ever join as contractor in Accenture.

Managers are biased. No respect for female employees. If you will complain then they will remove you from project or will proof as a non performer. Few managers specifically Cl6 they will make your life very stressful. If their favourite team members are abuse any female employees then also few leadership team members will ignore and save their job. In short they do not want to help females to grow. They will indirectly create an negative environment and force female employees to resign from the company

I’m contractual employee and they pay like below average. I was interviewed for one role but later they gave job helpdesk role. Recruitment system is very worst and no proper process of hiring. I know this very well because i work for that helpdesk and candidates will be waiting for several months after clearing all rounds also. Never get into voice process at Accenture. Worst job and no work life balance at all. I got several health issues because of non stop calls. We were supposed to ask permission for 15mins break and for restroom also. Even though it was wfh. Worst job ever

Loved the overall vibe and open door policy.....the leadership support is amazing as well and they pay very well for night shifts and overtime during peak. Cross-skill learning is highly encouraged.

Sometimes the office politics take a toll on good work.
