No clarity - To be honest the whole and sole reason for me leaving zulydus was because i wasnt getting any clarity. The MD was changed, the strategy was change, and i came just during the transition and i dint get any clarity and confidence on the leader challenger and guerilla docs which were set by the reps. Totally disliked the brand plan process. There is no job security in zydus, manager forced to do unethical sale (trading). If you not do so they haras you mentally.
