Zydus has very good Company culture enough opportunities to work with cross functional team members. Many projects and new initiatives are taken in regular intervals. It provides empowerment and growth opportunity. The company management has Long term thinking and is proactive to take Capacity, Technology and People related decisions.

Dislikes

Even in corporate offices it is still having alternate Saturdays working.
