Work culture is very bad and HR dominating company. Never think about employee.

Appraisal system specially bale curve system is very poor. Only few people can grow in this pathetic system. Rest of the people must have to wait for their turn. Job security and partial work freedom are only reason to work here. The company's chairman is very good at zydans. This is one of the best part of this organization.
