Work culture is good, Learning seminars also good, location aslo in the city

No Flexible work timing, Extra hour work is not considered, Do not have licence version of MS Office hence we have to use simple out look format, Poor Food Quality.....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
