I worked with zydus for almost 10 years, where I grew from a trainee to Regional Business manager, that itself shows the amount of growth and opportunities provided by company to its employees. I m from sales team so in field no politics I don't know much about politics at HO. HR department is one part I am not satisfied with as it's so poor that it doesn't have much role in this organisation and that's the reason why your job is not secure at any given point of time . You are secured until you r a performer. Managers to cover large areas so making balance b/w life n work becomes bit difficult but then that's what managers are supposed to do 'Manage'. Salary appraisals are not so good but salary disbursement is so on time ....Read More

I liked everything about zydus , one can say I loved zydus I felt like home , that's why I spent so many years there. But everything changes the moment management change coz as I said HR is not having much of the role to play. That's the only part I didn't like .
