Occasional bureaucratic delays, but I appreciate the company efforts to streamline and empower teams

Company takes care of employees in outstanding ways. EPF excellent benefit as basic salary component is higher. No limit on gratuity. HR department is powerful and prevents departmentmental bias if any. Good spending on various activities for employees and their families. Energetic and professional leadership of Guha sir. Job security is awesome, if we gers confirmed.

Controllable politics in few departments. There is always scope for improvement for any company

Gyan Sheriya, who's area Sales Manager is central Delhi bullie their employee, he even don't know the meaning of manager just act like 6th fail sadak chhap and says very wrong to team working under him. Kindly don't join under him.

Its 1 Man Team, all decisions done only by CEO, no space for sharing our idea No Job Security, during Meetings, anytime we will be asked to Quit Job by CEO, VP or GM Only No Pressure, no proper support from Management for the same No Transparency in Appraisal, though they say, its not there. Poor Work life Balance, Even of DIWALI asked to work and take Orders for sales closing

Very unprofessional, no job security.. they say if u are not able to do target don't come to office next day. This is the threat... Very rude behaviour from senior people. No strategy no help from Marketing team
