Everything is terrible. They support an AP who hits someone and who got reported to HR many times. The management is terrible and they got rid of more than half of my department and didn't tell us why - "blaming it on performance" but we really know it's because the company has no money. There is alot of office politics and the bosses don't give any support and don't respect their own employees. This is the worst company I've ever worked at and I came out 20 pounds heavier and with mental health issues to a point where I'm strapped with medicines to sleep. DO NOT work here....Read More

The work culture is worse here. Manager give KT and says I have done my work and now it's your responsibility to handle the entire work. No support is provide and job security is a nightmare.Manager pressurize every now and then for work.

Everything. Management is zero. People don't know what end result they are after, hence keep changing the final model of submission. Bias between FTEs and contractors is so evident. And incorrigible work life balance where they tell us to work until 9 but expect us to work stretching 11.30-12

The Salary and the Skill Development will be excellent and you get to learn in a very competitive environment. Growth rate is pretty good as well.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pretty bad, they talk about culture but doesn't follow them through. Company politics is pretty prominent, people who don't even know a single thing will try to steal your work.

Some projects and teams are really good and you'll like working there and can envision staying here for long time

Work life balance is almost no there. Some projects and people just make you work so tirelessly that you are sure to get burnt out which will then affect your performance and you'll get kicked out
