Terrible work life balance. Expected to be available at any time of the day, management gives little importance to employees and focus only on what they call error free deliverables but a person is staffed on many projects and is expected to work simultaneously.

1. There were some really interesting projects to work on and experienced + motivated teams working together collaboratively 2. There are some good people who are open to discussion, willing to guide, motivate, raise you up and allow you to thrive. They are respectful of your views and perspectives, let you have ownership over your work and appreciate your inputs. 3. Managers and Senior Consultants generally strive to be out-of-the-box and to bring in fresh thoughts and analysis with each new cycle of the project / for different projects. 1. The company undergoes constant reorganization maybe due to changes in leadership. This disrupts teams which work well together and is altogether a bit unnerving 2. Managers can be overly critical with extremely high expectations (this is not just my personal experience, but what I have seen from other folks at same/junior level) which can cause undue stress and burnout trying to catch up to a post that is constantly moving ahead at break-neck pace. 3. It is not always the most open or friendly environment to work in when you join as a newbie. It's hard to make a connection with other employees beyond work (it's not just because the work is remote). 4. Not much now. Most good people have left or are planning to.

Dislikes

It was initially good company but then with management changes they started layoffs. That too without compensating for the 2 month notice period. They cheated everyone they laid off by finding some performance issues, even though we had received a bunch of appraisal mails previous month. They just overhired and the management couldn't hold on to as many projects they had expected. They just laid off people in the unethical way. Previously it was good with good pay and decent work life balance but now beware. It's better to work for another company where management has spine to say if they are not doing well rather than blaming employees for performance....Read More

It’s really difficult to come up with some positives. You get pharma experience, but it’s not worthy working in such a culture.

Management is useless. Managers don’t listen neither understand. Highly frugal mindframe of the founders. No work ethics. High level of politics.
